Plus Valley is one of the distinctive valley landscapes of the Tamhini–Mulshi region. The valley is known for its unusual landscape formation and surrounding Sahyadri hills, making it an attractive destination for trekkers and landscape photographers.

The route is best experienced as a proper trekking activity rather than simply a roadside viewpoint. The Tamhini region becomes particularly dramatic during the monsoon, with dense greenery, mist and seasonal waterfalls.
For Mulshi Pattern, Plus Valley should be listed separately from Tamhini Ghat Viewpoint because it represents a trekking destination and valley experience rather than simply a scenic roadside stop.
