Koraigad Fort, also known as Korigad, is a historic hill fort in the Mulshi region near Ambavane. The fort’s plateau, fortification walls, temples and water structures make it an important heritage destination as well as a trekking attraction.
The trek combines history and natural scenery, with views of the surrounding Sahyadri landscape. The fort can be explored as part of a broader Mulshi fort circuit including Tikona, Ghangad and Tailbaila.
Koraigad is particularly attractive during the post-monsoon and winter seasons when the surrounding landscape is green and visibility can be clearer.
